2023 Volvo V90 Cross Country Equipment Levels

For the 2023 model year, the V90 Cross Country will be sold in two different equipment levels, the well-equipped Plus and close to fully equipped Ultimate. Only one exterior execution exists, which is the Cross Country exterior. There will be a limited number of single options available to add on to the Plus and Ultimate levels.

An Improved Mild Hybrid Drivetrain for 2023

For the 2023 V90 Cross Country a new 48V system or better known as a Mild Hybrid is made standard for each powertrain eSept for the Recharge models. Mild Hybrid technology helps to use fuel in a more efficient way, it recovers energy generated by braking. When you press the brake pedal or use engine braking, the kinetic energy that otherwise would have been lost in heat is converted into electric energy and fed into the 48V battery. Some benefits of the mild hybrid are: a more comfortable driving experience with the engine restarting seamlessly and a smoother acceleration from a standstill.
